Anyone who loves or at least dreams of this country knows that a Moroccan vacation without at least one night in a riad cannot be called a true Moroccan vacation.
The riad (from Arabic riyadh: gardens) is the typical traditional dwelling in Moroccan urban centers. These houses are developed around a central patio, modeled after the traditional Arab-Muslim dwelling. In the similarity to what was the urban villa, the Roman and Persian heritage is found. In some riads you can find trees and fountains that give the appearance of a real garden.
Located in the alleys of Tangier’s medina, between the kasbah, the souk and the port, our riad is an intimate and well-maintained affair with five standard rooms arranged on two floors and one suite. The kitchen and facilities are shared. Each room has 1, 2 or 3 beds. The view of the entire city can be enjoyed from the terrace.
Daily housekeeping service is included in the cost of accommodation.
